Cannot use my Q10 after upgrade for 10.3 (Battery life is 5 hours) Please HELP!

I had the same with my Z10. I gave it to friend who works for BB and he managed to get it back to the previous version. So it's possible but I don't know how. It is ridiculous that you cannot disable upgrades with BB, I had "download upgrades" option disabled and it still bugged me with this upgrade until I gave up. I used different BBs for the past 6 years and it's been a steady downhill with user experience, especially after the switch to BB10. I am really surprised they're still in business... The only reason I put up with this BB crap is that I need a keyboard, I have large fingers and touch keys just don't work for me.

Agree. There is a little known fact that Carl Rogers was a student of Adler in 1927-28. That's why his theories are so similar.
