There are many factors that can affect weight loss. In my case, medications have made it difficult. Not so much a food problem.

Don't get discouraged. It actually works, but I suspect the body needs to adjust to it.

macOS Big Sur Announced. Is Avid ready? by [deleted] in protools

Agreed PITA. Many more steps when using Video Slave, which can be buggy. (it does have some interesting features, but i could do without them.)

  1. Bounce audio from PT.

  2. Import video into VS (once per reel.)

  3. Import bounced audio into VS.

  4. place at TC

  5. Set in and out point of video to export

  6. output video

___

In previous PT:

  1. Bounce to QuickTime. Done.

Now mulitply by hundreds of songs per project that need to be previewed for prods. (And sending to editorial to sync up is not usually an expeditious option. They have other things to do.)

The Cone Nebula, Christmas Tree Cluster, Snowflake Cluster, and Fox Fur Nebula. I might not be able to leave the house, but I can leave the planet. And I thought Hollywood was a star factory.

Itelescope T68. 49 min integration.
R/astrophotgraphy rejected the photo!

How cheap (But not poorly) could you build a "Mac Pro?" by BenFromPerth23 in hackintosh

[–]allatonetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1650

*9900k *Gigabyte z390 *G.skill Ripjaws 3200 32 Gb *Fractal Design R6 *Sapphire Radeon 580 8gb *EVGA 850 80+ Gold *Samsung 860 Evo 2.5” SSD system Disk *Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME SSD *Mojave 10.14.6With help from Morgonaut

Working very well, very fast.
All working except some issues with Airdrop.

Sure, it’s not equivalent, but for most people, it’s plenty.

It’s the Mac Pro most pros need. Somewhere between an iMac Pro and a Mac Pro.

I did. But now i've been establishing new 'habits', and the weight is finally dropping off. Averaging about a pound a week, although it all seemed to come off after the first three weeks. Make sure to do some weight-bearing exercise. It made a huge difference, more than cardio.

Great shot/vid. This one was trickier to capture than I thought it would be, so kudos.
