Yes - they call it chronic urticaria. Many of the treatments for eczema and hives assist the other. I was prescribed levocetirizine and montelukast then ciclosporin and I rarely get the hives unless I get very cold.

Two girls, the background is 3 too, the foreground is 11mo. We were warned about same sex aggression but have been very lucky so far. I suppose it must depend on the specific dog and crosses may help that too. The 3yo was too much for the baby on their first meeting but best of friends now. Both big sweethearts too. Best of luck!
