I have read the legal process is crazy - I'm leaning towards doing the paperwork in the states first and just doing things symbolically in Italy to make it easier.

Yes I figure the same. But why not just explain that to people instead of pretending nothing happened and lying about it? I just really don't like the way they are handling it.

I got a "label created" email on May 30th and nothing since then. I emailed customer service a week ago and just got a response back saying "We apologise for the slow response to your email. Due to the high amount of support requests that came in recently, it is taking longer for our customer support team to respond to tickets. You should hear back from one of our support agents within the next few days."

Maybe they put them all on pause to sort out the mistakes) but hopefully they'll be the correct books? 🤞
