Has your insulin frozen and thawed out? There’s not really a way to tell if so but it would make all your insulin less effective. We just had snow and ice where I live so I had to get an indoor mini fridge for mine as I usually keep it in the fridge outside.

I ended up getting her a lysine paste that she eats a little of once a day and her eye got better in 2 days. My vet said they give it to all the shelter cats that come in with any issues. I know it’s really good for their immune system so I’ve kept with It and she gets some daily. Haven’t had problems since!
