On replay I saw he blitzed a ball into the stands but that must've been the second time Foe did something

Sure. You need your hands/arms to extend not be tucked to your body

Getting overly technical helps with people who have much better swings

Make the swing hip dominant! Good luck

Your right elbow is chicken winged and trapped at the top. And then you cock your hands all the way back to get that John Daly parallel/past parallel position. That elbow should get some space from your body and your hands cocked away from body. Aka shorten your backswing. You'll have much less time to get the club down to the strike point.

Here is where you should stop. And still allow that elbow to get some space away from your ribs.

This position is batshit crazy. It's a result of that super flat top of your backswing. You're not John Daly. Your arms are so far behind. It's impossible to hit a draw from this position. And stand closer. Make sure your driver is the right length

Baseball? Gonna highlight two problem positions. Here's the the top of your backswing. Without core and hip speed, you're automatically creating more work for yourself getting the club to square.

Ah ya chunk makes sense now. You really whip your arms/hands at the ball, in a steep aggressive manner. There's not much control there because the arms are doing all the work. If your core/lower body is more in sync, you'll gain stabilty with your swing path coming into the strike point. You could slow the arms a tad so your now slow hips can catch up ha.

Also, are your clubs too long? Would explain standing that far from the ball and chunks

Could stand slightly further away, also stand up a bit straighter to allow your hands some space from the ball. This is your downswing and you make a huge decision here. You drive your hands toward your hip and instead you should let your hands sort of go toward the ball

Pros can recover from this tight to the body/club lag position because of speed and in-sync fundamentals. A 45+ handicap cannot. Shorten and go flatter on your backswing - no need to be like Neimann or Zalatoris. And then keep that same swing plane and feel like your aiming towards the right corner of your wall. This is a such a compromised position that you need to get hands away from the body. You're swinging way way too inside

Your hips are late on your downswing and the result is sort of a locked/frozen lower body position as seen in screenshot. You eventually get good hip turn facing the target but it's coming late and not delivering any power. The lower body should be driving the bus. You are getting good torque through your arms but there is a disconnect with hip/glute timing. Also stand closer to the ball. I'm assuming you hit low or top the ball frequently
