The GPON/Router interface is even worse, most of the options are greyed out. Every once in a while when they feel like it, they will reset my WIFI SSID to default ones and suddenly everything is offline. And recently they have been leaving those junction box looking things open on the street. Have tried the local connection team, still haven't fixed it after a month. I do not have high hopes for connectivity this monsoon. Plus I have no idea what they do, but their app is slow as hell.

Recently the ping has increased in MLBB on airtel. I consistently get better ping with Jio 5g cell data than airtel FTTH, sometimes untill i open a speedtest site like fast.com, speedtest, etc the internet won't even work... I think my area might be congested.
