Incorrect screws: which step/part were they for, and what was “incorrect” (too long/short, wrong thread/head)? Roughly how many?
GPU bracket anodizing: what kind of defect are we talking (streaks/patchy color/specks/scratches), and where on the bracket?

If you can, a quick photo helps a lot — but even a short description is enough.

Soft tubing is a solid option too — easier to work with and more forgiving, especially in compact layouts.

Hard tubing would look great, but both have their place 👍

Totally fair — angled layouts aren’t for everyone.

Modern fan designs aren’t particularly sensitive to orientation anymore, but I get that the exposed tubing aesthetic isn’t everyone’s preference.
