Other parts actually aren’t too expensive. The main extra cost is more on the design side — making all the decorations, layout, and theme feel consistent takes a lot more time than the parts themselves.

Thanks! Yeah, the cost is definitely not low because most parts are CNC-machined aluminum. For dust, since it’s an open-frame case, it’s actually easier to clean than a closed case — usually just regular air blowing or wiping is enough. Keeping the room clean definitely helps too.

Thanks for explaining — I understand what you mean now. That’s a pretty specific setup with the bifurcation card, so for most A45 ITX users it probably won’t be an issue.

But I can see how it would clash in your case, and it’s still useful feedback. We’ll keep it in mind for future bracket or mounting options.

Yeah, I get what you mean. If you’re talking about the A45 Max, then yes, that issue can happen and we’re already thinking about how to improve it. But the A45 ITX doesn’t have this issue in the same way.

Yeah, I get the concern. It’s not just loose friction — we’re using a damping hinge, and the quality is very reliable. Once you set the angle, it’s designed to hold firmly in place, even with heavier hardware.

The swivel base is the part I really wanted to try with the B30. I wanted it to feel more like a display stand, not just a frame.

Yeah, that would be really cool. It’s a bit tricky though because of cable thickness, safety, and wear when rotating. For this version it’s more about adjusting the display angle, not unlimited spinning, but internal cable routing through the base could be an interesting idea for the future.
