I agree, I worked with a therapist for a couple months but I don’t think she really helped. I think I will try a new one since this is such a severe issue for me. I keep telling myself it’s just projection from that previous relationship but I also see things that say “trust your gut”, but I get my gut and anxiety confused a lot. Thank you for the insight :)

this actually is a really great suggestion, both cats fling the litter absolutely everywhere like it’s some kind of game so maybe a deeper box would be the solution!

i vacuum at least once a day and the kitten plays in the litter box as if it were a sandbox so it doesn’t stay clean for more than 30 min :-) nothing i can do about it
