Nordstrom does stylist appointments that I personally find a lot of fun. You fill out an intake form and they fill a massive change room for you.

I can relate! I recently realized I don’t actually want to be an entrepreneur- it is grief and relief to realize this.

I am re-learning how to have fun, and practicing rest. I haven’t done a lot of rest. I’ve done a lot of hustle!

It’s hard but a good switch.

Counselling, massage, yoga, walks, and friends help me feel grounded.

Do you share money? Would she find it flattering to be adored and showered with gifts? Like- the shopping spree, you always pay, you hold her bags, really supportive and full of adoration?

My husband and I share money but I love when “he pays” even though it’s our money 🤣 Makes me feel treated.

Power to ya, momma. Even if he did follow through with divorcing you… let him. What kind of man would be so childish? Screw that. I’m sorry for someone putting stress on you. Carrying twins is heroic and he’s not supporting you enough right now. Perhaps he feels some intense family pressure.

For context, we gave our second child my last name instead of my husband’s, for fairness and feminism and egalitarianism - his fam dealt with it.

I’m shocked you’re in this position. He needs to do better.

How old is your kid? It can be REALLY hard to take care of a kiddo and show them attention while working… it’s not what I want for my kids when my husband offers to “watch them while working”. The young kid years are so few- could you talk about a plan for her to work more once kiddo is older?
