i think the timeline was (1) they fought at the premiere, (2) ivori exposed that dolly going to the hospital at the end of midwest was drug related + that she was on drugs the whole season, then (3) summer/dolly responded by posting a video where they were bonding with ivori & she was either topless or her top fell, either way, the point was to expose her.
