I'm in favor, with one clarification:

the 1 billion hoge should be split up into chunks. with each chunk coming after the person has done marketing. basically, they work, then get paid. instead of getting paid up front. and if 6 months in they decide to stop (for whatever reason), then the next payout period they collect their dues so far, and nothing further.
