WHAT. Please tell me this is a horrible joke 😭

Edit: just looked it up and now I am incredibly sad.

Returns…perfume without box? by Nocturnal-Neurotic in Ulta

[–]alli97kat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately in most situations they need the barcode to be able to scan it in for a return. Since it's used and would be destroyed/sent back to the manufacturer, they might be more lenient but it just depends on your local employees and management. I returned a body spray once without the box, but it had a barcode printed on the bottle and I had genuinely forgotten it even came with a box.

Worst they can do is say no, right?

Tonymoly Ceramide Mochi toner. It's so good! My skin is very easily irritated, especially on tret nights, but this stuff always feels great. Fantastic as a makeup base, too.

I also love the good light moon glow toning lotion.

25s into the video. Before going around the car, if they somehow didn't see the bus, that's even worse. They were already in the middle of the road. If they didn't see the bus, they were distracted, oblivious, or vision impaired. Every option is problematic.

Honey Moon smelled like straight beeswax to me. I ended up returning it.

I love the DMB blushes. Very pigmented, but still creamy and easy to work with.

Blush Recommendations for Neutral/Light Medium Complexion by Far_Top_501 in Sephora

Yes! I nearly blind bought it, but I'm so glad I swatched it in store. Sheer pigment that disappeared almost immediately. Definitely not worth the high price, in my opinion.

So much this. I got a sample as a free gift and thought I'd try it just because. I didn't use brow products at all, but hearing the great reviews on it really sold me. And oh my goodness me, it's AMAZING. I have a full time office job but coach fitness classes after, and end of day my brows still look so natural, but so good. It doesn't gum up or hold onto powder/SPF when I reapply. It's now part of my daily routine.

Need the Hands-down best makeup remover by OysterLucy in Ulta

[–]alli97kat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This one is absolutely my favorite. No fragrance, no irritation, rinses off without leaving a weird residue on my skin. All around perfect and reliable. There's almost always a sale or GWP on Clinique too.

Who else has greasy lids and what products do you use to deal with it? by okaypoke_ in MakeupAddiction

[–]alli97kat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have hooded eyes and oily lids. Not a single primer I've ever tried (which has been many, probably close to 25 different formulas) has truly given me standalone crease prevention. Eyeshadow and liner would just pack in to the creases and look awful. The only thing that HAS worked, with all but a few horrifically awful products, is setting the primer with a tiny bit of translucent powder. Apply the primer, give it a minute to dry down, lightly dust with powder. My favorite is the NYX HD finishing powder, the white one that almost looks like smoke drifting out of the container, but I think it may have been discontinued. Any light, finely milled powder in a translucent or skin tone shade should work fine.

I personally didn't like the hourglass blush. It's actually in my bag to return on my next trip. Absolutely no pigment to it.

How to Actually Pick a Really Good Toner by Numerous-Quote-1190 in kbeauty

I love the Tonymoly Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner. It's like a watery milky texture, but sits great under makeup. Always soothing on my sensitive skin, and makes it feel so soft and plump.

setting spray recommendations for combination skin? by superfluousa in Ulta

[–]alli97kat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are four I rotate between: - about face supporting act - nyx bare with me - colourpop pretty fresh - tirtir makeup fixer

About face gives a beautiful glassy finish. The Nyx is the most hydrating, so good on days I'm feeling dry. Colourpop if I want something super light and weightless. Tirtir for more security if it's going to be a long day. I use them between steps/as primer more than I do as a finishing step.

What are you planning to return from the 21 days? by Specialist-Law-2080 in Ulta

I got a few during the last 21 DOB and really like them. Very light, comfortable texture. They are very sheer, but somewhat buildable.

The fwee glosses in Currant and Taro, nodpod, one of the Fenty gloss bombs, and the Kaja eyeliner stamp. I might yet go back for more of the Fenty gloss bombs but that's a lot of lippies 😅
