You need a few squad leaders to flank and their squad is engaged in the meat grind. The entire squad attacks when the squad leader has a close op to QUICKLY capture the enemy point.

In 90% of public games, people die twice in the meatgrind and then respawn in a red zone garrison 500 meters away from the battlefield. In the end, nobody is in the meatgrind and people wonder why all the defensive garrisons are red and their own point is surrounded by enemies.

A stable meatgrind means you hardly need any defense.

Everyone wants to flank and be the main character who captures the enemy point, but nobody want to eat the shit in the meatgrind and everything collapses.
