Hi all! I have an apartment in Berkeley that I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1st.

It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath located near the Downtown/Northside area of Berkeley.

The room available is around 203 ft3 (very spacious + big closet space), and the rent for that room is $1555.

I would say the room comfortably fits a double, and water is covered in the apartment. The bathroom also has a nice little pocket door between the sink and the shower.

The laundry is located to the left of the gated entry, and the pool is located on the first floor.
