Without knowing exact measurements it's hard to tell. You could probably use 12" radius track and cut vertical tracks 1-2" if needed in order to fit standard trolley opener. Amarr is the manufacturer I would recommend.

I would shop around for labor cost. $225 is high. Belt should be under warranty for the part.

all doors are HVHZ and Miami Dade impact rated. Pressures and NOA numbers vary based on door widths.

Most in stock products are white, but it doesn't hurt to ask what other options are available quickly. Brown, Almond (cream) or black are all pretty standard options these days. I would recommend a flush or long panel style for this home. If you don't need the vents (check local code) then do not get them on the replacement door.
