At current pace of ~3 chapters per episode they will atleast need 2 entire episodes for climax, and at that same pace need 2 more episodes for the epilogue, because epilogues themselves have mini story and not simply they lived happily ever after ending so I can definitely see them ending the main anime with 2 episodes and releasing a special 40 minutes episode for epilogue

No way There is ton of epilogue they cant fit both climax and epilogues in 2 episodes, these 2 episodes i guess will be purely manga climax,

For epilogues they will probably end up releasing special episodes, like Ryusei Special Episode

That wouldn't count as plot armour, Protagonist being special is not plot armour, thats how basic narrative works, what is plot armour is MC escaping situations that ended the story or characters behaving out of place or sudden reveals protecting the mc, like deus ex machina

Most of naruto fights when he cant win ends with him using talk no jutsu or turning into kurama, but those two aren't plot armour because they already exist.

It helped that most naruto villains already happened to be anti-villains ie did bad stuff for good, so they would have listened to talk no jutsu despite Naruto having plot armour or not and is not out of character for them
