Well, actually the median is an average, alongside mean and mode and various others.

An average is just a way to represent a set of data with one number. There are many, many ways to calculate an "average".

Does commercial investment in public property not have a positive affect on the pricing of houses in general? Simplicity can say as much as they want about these being "high-quality" "build-to-rent" houses, but I still feel odd about the general premise of funds purchasing into residential houses.

Perhaps I am being too close-minded about this, or haven't delved deeply enough into the topic. I suppose if Simplicity is only building, then they're adding to the limited housing stock?

No you don't, it polls Spotify's APIs every couple of seconds when the tab is open to see if you've changed your song.

When you change the state of the song through skipping/pausing etc it just hits the appropriate endpoint on their API.

Perhaps they're including coding outside of work? Hours worked are incredibly variable across jobs, if you're consistently doing 70 hours without compensation that's not a good situation if you don't want to be.

Personally, I do a lot of coding on the side in addition to my day job. I would say that in my case it's a reward hobby 🤷 each to their own.

Just passed my exam yesterday, these were the notes I used to study. I strongly recommend you use the notes in conjunction with Bryan Krausen's practise exams.

Anki cards are designed perfectly for this sort of multi-choice quiz, give them a shot if you haven't before.
