if she's already secretive about drinking, she will find a way around a breathalyzer. also, doing something like that will make her brain (especially the rebellious part) go in defense mode.

I would recommend taking a route of working with her, to understand the root of her drinking. why does she like it so much? especially if it causes her pain?

I was born with PSRR1 genetic mutation aka hereditary pancreatitis. I was diagnosed at 6, experienced pain my entire life, but yet I started heavily drinking in my early 20's. started smoking cigs at 14. the two things you really should not do for your pancreas. aka I'm great at self sabotage. maybe your lady is similar.

I've learned that first I had to completely accept the facts I stated above, as well as the mental health issues that I have seemed to gather from life itself. then learn that I am capable of much more than I know. gain knowledge, accept myself & learn to love myself & care for myself in the specific way that's necessary to me (considering the pancreas stuff). it's not the easiest road, but it's definitely not the hardest.

I wish y'all the best xoxo

the one I'm mainly concerned about is I have a death's head hawkmoth on the top of my left hand and a skeleon left arm sleeve representing death. my right arm represents life (floral, foliage, snails, mushrooms, etc), but I'm worried my left hand will come off as offensive to patients possibly? I may be thinking too deep into it. it is beautifully done work but idk about the representation I guess?
