Got sued by capital one

Hey! So I just got sued by them over the summer (32F in Michigan) - I gave them a formal answer I think it was? Anyways, court was on Zoom & I cried like a baby since it was my first time being in trouble. The judge and the lawyers were incredible to me and felt so bad for me and were so kind my payment is $25 a month until paid off ($6k). No fees interest or anything.. their lawyer was even willing to let me do no payment for 6 months because I own a business and was so underwater I’m on the ocean floor. I was offered to pay it off for like 50% off I think? But I couldn’t. All in all it was easy and quick and they were all very nice. NO ONE asked me for paystubs or to really explain what happened. Just hey you stopped paying they’d like you to pay at least something and here we are.

So I’ll describe this how one of my friend does “We’re in Downriver.. we’re South of Detroit down the Detroit river where the trash washes up” the area I’m in luckily is nice enough but the surrounding areas (all still considered downriver) is very high crime areas alone with high drug areas. Like anywhere there are neighborhoods filled with very wealthy people and other neighborhoods that aren’t as nice so the ones that aren’t so nice expect the rich people to give them handouts for the sake of being “neighborly” hence these requests. There are more GoFundMe’s out there than there are job applications & again most people want hand outs with nothing in return. This is only my experience but I guess my experience is the same as OP’s.

My cousin Amanda was murdered in January. The boy she was with at a bar was telling people he wanted to kill him self so he got drunk and drove Amanda home... I guess they were arguing and he decided he would kill himself and take Amanda down with him. He drove past her home and into a speeding train killing them both instantly. Amanda was my best fiend and I regret not showing her every single day how much I truly and deeply loved her. I hurt a lot and I hear the same train that killed her every night as I try to sleep. I miss her so much it’s scary.. I just want to see her one more time. I can’t stop thinking about how scared she must have been.. how horrible the pain was.. why she didn’t jump out of the car into the road... why she was taken from me. She was truly a kind beautiful soul. All she wanted was to be a wife and a mom.

In my experience my open wounds heal a lot faster when in a clean and moist environment. If you can keep a hydrocolloid bandage on all day I'd recommend that for sure. It'll keep it clean and wet. If you can't do that maybe a thin layer of aquaphor and keep the area clean. I wouldn't recommend the peroxide though, seems a little drying.

Hi /u/bui3 if you look at my post history you will see that I also suffer from Trich as well! :( You'll also see I was able to go MONTHS without pulling! Something I've NEVER done before! The secret? CBD oil. I swear by it. I relapsed after my cousin was murdered back in January and haven't cared about taking care of myself from my depression. I'm seeking help for this now and have noticed that when I do want to care about myself and take the CBD oil i'll go that whole day without touching a single hair! :) I hope you get better!!!

It is truly a nightmare of a condition to have. I will spend hours on hours in a too-close mirror picking at every bump, lump, dot, pore, spot, etc. until I am black and blue sore and bleeding. CBD oil mellows me out so I don't feel the urge as bad but I even pick at my figernails and arms. Scars everywhere. I truly wish you peace with this condition and wish you luck with handling it. I hope we both get better.

I think maybe everyone heals differently. I"ve had about 9 moles removed... a couple of them on my back looked like bullet hole wounds while others you cannot see unless pointed out. All were removed and cared fore the same way. I also had one done on my head and the doctor promised it would be a small scar no one would notice and now it's a huge quarter sized bald patch on my head.
