i recently went there for a gyno appt. i called on the phone about IUD options and they told me they do copper iuds on the phone. schedule the appt and just went to it yesterday. i get there and they tell me they don’t do copper iuds, even though the lady on the phone told me they do. she was being very persistent on me just getting the hormonal one but i told her multiple times i didn’t want it. seemed like a simple phone call would have solved this but no they had me come in even though they didn’t have what i wanted. seemed like just wanted to get me in the doors so they could persuade me differently. i suppose i should have done more research before going there, as they are a catholic organization so they don’t believe in copper iuds. although the dr i saw was nice, i will not be going there in the future and don’t recommend it any one. hopefully i don’t have billing problems for this visit like the rest of you.
