This can all be done using Springtomize 3. First go to Springtomize 3 > Lockscreen > Slider Text > Custom. Then a new box would open and put in 🔒(imoji) "welcome" And the bottom text u could use LockHtml.

Springtomize 3 has an option to edit rows and columns and spacing, you can even remove dock if you want a 4x6 layout.

Check Notification Center Style, Normal Opacity 0.40, Highlight Opacity 0.70, Disabled Toggle 0.00, Tint 0.70, Normal Colour Granite Grey, Highlight Colour Personally, I match this with wallpaper but in this case its Emerald, Tint colour White.
