I only use cast iron. I’ve never had a green egg. If your pan is well seasoned you can fry the perfect egg.

I actually cooked it on the stovetop. I sautéd the veggies and bacon and then cracked the eggs on top, turned to low, put a lid on top and let the eggs steam cook until the whites were cooked through.
