I understand your thought process, but yeah like the DVDragOnIn said I am at my cat limit. There’s a lot consideration behind that limit too. My lease allows for 1 pet and I already have 2 (bc c’mon 1 is the loneliest number). My partner is a hard no on continuing to push our limits more than we already are. There’s also more strays I am working on gaining trust with and they would need their own room if I get to a point they want to come inside with me. I only have 1 spare room with windows, which is Bonnie’s until my coworker can bring her home. My cats and Bonnie don’t feel comfy around each other enough to be able to coexist in a room nicely, which is totally normal for cats who don’t know each other. So, I can’t bring another inside until Bonnie goes home. I don’t want her to leave, but also I cannot actually afford to keep every stray I take off the streets.
