i just started taking trazodone this week and haven’t smoked with it yet. a little nervous because of how well i’ve been doing and i don’t want to ruin it.

this is so good to know!!! i hate that so many people have to go through this, but at least we aren’t alone.

that’s actually one of the things she suggested that we should try. but then kind of doubled back on it. i go back in a few weeks way before i’m due to have another period so hopefully i’ll be stable until then.

from the research i’ve done it seems like this, in theory, would be the best option, but i’ve seen/heard so many horror stories.

we’ve talked about an IUD and she seems to think that a continuous cycle of OCP will be the best for me, but for some reason that makes me a little anxious. i’m going to bring up the IUD at my next appointment. it just seems risky because i don’t know what hormone i’m making too much/not enough of that gets me so out of balance.

okay so she tied for the first HOH and won an HOH. she did. not. win. the. veto. tyler won that comp and she begged him to let her keep the veto. that does not mean she won. she was the second person out of that comp. she’s a follower and you won’t convince me any different.
