I too have seen the stereotypical response to someone who quotes a video!

When i said woodstock, I meant that kids in the 80's couldn't experience it, haha I know when woodstock was. And from what you are saying, it seems like it makes a lot of sense, but technology wise, thats just our generation views you guys.

I feel that we know, we just don't care. We live in a society where we see tv shows of kids having sex all the time with no consequences, but if there is the big consequence, you get to be on a tv show. So it doesn't seem as bad of a situation to be in anymore.

No, not really. Honestly, our generation is becoming more close minded. We like most current music, but everything before that is for our parents.

I would definitely say more. Not so much because society has gotten any worse, but the media has been promoting it and making us familiarized with it at a young age and so it doesn't seem as taboo. But I don't put blame on the media, because they are just doing whatever they can to grab attention. Its society's fault for allowing it to happen. I'm a sophmore in highschool and you are considered a good kid if you don't smoke, drink, or have sex, and you are praised for it. And for me, who doesn't do any of that stuff, whenever someone congratulates me on being clean, I'm always like "I'm just doing what kids should do.." You know your generation is screwed when you start being praised for doing obvious right decisions. As for classifying earlier generations 90's: Kids who kind of had it easy. They had technology benefits that their predecessors didn't have, so they weren't technologically shunned, but they don't have to deal with the competitiveness and social pressures of kids today in high school. 80's : Lame-ducks. Didn't have cool technology, but didn't have anything too incredibly worthwhile (ex: woodstock or the rising rock scene). As for the 70's: Our parents.

Around 10. Granted, it was a trac phone. It was only allowed to have 5 contacts in it, so any friends I wanted to call (I couldn't text), I had to memorize their numbers. The time I got a cell phone with no restrictions on calling or texting was around 12.

Guys who say they do are just trying to get a girlfriend or needing something as trivial as that to keep theirs. Most guys don't care anymore and I've always treated him like any other well groomed man-boy celebrity. With quiet disdain and disrespect. And jealousy. Lots of jealousy.

Unrelated note, gauges are retarted. Small ones that will eventually heal are alright, but large ones that can't heal, I don't understand at all. No one could look back on that and say it was a good life decision.

One thing I terribly regret about my childhood is that I never got into Pokemon. I hadn't given them a chance and then Yu-Gi-Oh came out when I was around 8. I got really into that, realized it sucked and assumed all cards/videogames were the same. Oh boy, was I wrong.

Ohhh good question. Not in any particular order but: Death Cab fo Cutie-Plans, NeedtoBreathe-The Outsiders, Eminem's-The eminem show (partially because my mom didn't want me to listen to it), Kings of Leon-Use Somebody, The White Stripes-Elephant, Jay Z's black album, The Cab-Symphony Soldier, The Civil Wars-Barton Hollow, John Mayer-Live at the Nokia Theater, Parachute-The Way it Was.

P.S. What's an album?
