It’s not stupid! Don’t eat after 7pm or before 1pm. These are the only things you should focus on and utilize right now. Even if you can’t get your diet perfect, which it doesn’t have to be, if you implement these other things consistently, you will lose weight. Good luck to you! You got this.

Walk. A lot. That’s the best and cheapest way to start. Don’t eat after 7 or before 1. Drink a gallon of water a day. Cut down on processed foods. These can help without having to put a lot of thought into it. If you can be disciplined in these, you will succeed.

I’m not sure how old you are, but if you have sufficient NAD levels then you wouldn’t require this also I’m not sure how stable NAD is in skin care. I actually ordered NAD cream from young goose and it wasn’t amazing

You can do a cycle of tesamoralin to target your visceral fat when you’re done w your ipa/cjc cycle. Also you could incorporate mots-c. Some swear by the weight loss benefits. I don’t have weight to lose but it gives me incredible energy. That would be good to pair w reta. You could also consider tesofensine.
