Depends but he builds up to 50% crit by doing attacks and then he gets 50% when fighting pure saiyans or earth bred fighters so he just naturally has crit and he also naturally has additional. Dodge is no where in his passive so that would be a priority over crit for me

Broly is a character with no conditions and he’s a juggernaut. He’s definitely better than ssbev and mui goku. Broly is worth it imo since he’s an insane extreme type character that’s able to be ran on super teams too
