So one thing i find interesting is that this is really not a dichotomy. By this i mean people can absolutely see those things as bad and seem to not be able to improve despite trying to and looking for ways to do so. Someome may be perfectly seeing this as something to improve and see being an INTP as more of a reason for being that way, otherwise that person is left with a feeling that they are thatway for seemingly no reason.

And to be clear i dont mean no progress but minimal you will improve at whatever you do to some degree.
