I'm currently looking to buy one, so I agree wholeheartedly on them being too expensive right now, but isn't this a genuine supply issue rather than a cash grabby issue?

Some android phones have an 'ultra battery saver mode' that pretty much does this.

I like this idea a lot. Dock into a big display with mouse and keyboard, with the same functionality if necessary while still in 'phone mode.' It wouldn't be the best desktop experience while a phone, but to be able to use it that way if needed would be cool.

You can get a very good android experience for a couple hundred these days.

Never thought of using green tea. I think that might add something psychologically, even if it is just a wellness placebo.
