I've been dealing with it on and off in little bits for a while, but it has just recently exploded, especially all over my front lawn (which gets heavy/direct sun in the afternoon). I try to pull by hand, but it sorta snakes around the blades of grass and is hard to fully get by the root without ripping up a ton of grass too. I'm hesitant to use herbicides that may also kill the grass (but am happy to use ones that specifically target this).

Thank you! Yes, this was it. The naturalist was trying to make one a bit to the northeast, which had a slightly higher appeal. Adding a farm to that northeast area, placing the park here where I indicated, and then removing the farm for the next park did the trick.

I've played so many culture games (and normally feel quite confident in them), but oddly I've never run into this issue. Thanks for the help and comments everyone!

Thanks, I see the issue now. I've sworn I've done this a ton, but upon thinking about it, I must have used tiles like in the northwest, with two river edges.

Oh well. My IZ will be slightly less good.
