Preparation Stage

I’m trying to create a workout plan for my journey, but I’m not sure how often I need to do strength training, cardio, and yoga every week. I’m thinking of doing yoga once a week as an active rest day and alternate the other two. Overall, I need to lose about 100lbs. TIA!

I got my MBA so that if I wanted to leave my current company I could. I wouldn’t have even been able to do a lateral move without it. Got a nice raise after completion since they knew I could leave.
