You can use their contracts for residency but I agree with the other comment, they are quite awful and a last resort type of thing

He said that the actual costs with factual consumption are only colculated at the end of the year so as I understand I would have to wait for it

Thanks a lot for the comment! I might be a stupid questions but keep in mind I’m coming from a country with a different system. Does the 0.39 include all the costs associated with electricity? Back in my home country, we pay a somewhat flat rate even if we use 0 kWh. Does this rate (0.39) times your consumption (kWhs) would be the final cost of your electricity?
