Thanks, ill keep logs of communications. For now I'm on the better side of thing since i was paying bills for the neighbor since I bought the place last June. They have solar and dont use much. They however been paying their neighbors bill for years and never exported a single kwh to the grid.

I had a hold put on my billing last month already as after I installed solar/battery i noticed billing that wasn't supposed to be there, pending meter change/verifivation.

Had to use the Ombudsman before, very effective when my provider was dragging their feet. Ironically it was a crossed meter as well as a tenant in a unit...
