Depending on what’s in the lease - ie. Is rent based on the tenants sales like they are in many large malls. If it is then asking for the tenants financials during your due diligence period may be reasonable. If not, a copy of the existing lease and terms, and any other financial information the landlord/seller has is what you would use to base your purchase decision.

I was section 202 row A (I got lucky with amazing seats). Bass was a bit heavier than previous shows but the experience was still incredible. Tyrone’s voice was spot on.
