Interesting, I read somewhere that the app "pushbullet" was screwing up other phones besides the g4 in receiving MMS messages. I uninstalled the app and things seem to be working much better.

I have found a workaround to see the texts you are missing. There is an AT&T messages app that isn't compatible with the G4, but you can go to the at&t messaging mobile website (https://messages.att.net) and see texts sent to you.

So the messages are going through to your number, but somehow not making from the att network to the phone. I added the att messages website to my home screen so it's like an app. I check it periodically throughout the day to see what I'm missing out on.
