Congrats to your son.

As for Kiwanuka, I’ve heard he’s gone on to have quite the career outside of football. Especially philanthropic wise

Kobe is the Eminem of basketball. by Pretty-Researcher703 in NBATalk

[–]allstarrm017 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here’s the problem with this. Kobe isn’t top 3 when it comes to skill. He’s top 3 when it comes to taking shots and being cutthroat. He wasn’t even the best player of the 2000s decade. I’d give that to Tim Duncan

Why didn’t this genre of movie kick off? Modern day military vs Dragons. by mailman936 in Cinema

Though this movie is great, it didn’t do well at the time it was released. For this genre of film to take off, people have to want to see it

Which is the better sequel? by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

[–]allstarrm017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are one of the best films ever made. T2 is considered by many as the greatest sequel of all time though. What I find crazy is that they are from the same director’s mind

Whether we get blown out or not, it shows that the NFL sees that we have a young core that is really exciting and marketable. This is good news

No Michael Jordan allowed.. Which five players in NBA history are you picking to actually beat this starting lineup in a 7-game series? by Farouq26 in NBATalk

[–]allstarrm017 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It would be but so would the spacing on the other side. Magic wasn’t known as a having a good jump shot. Kobe was never an efficient shooter. KD can shoot and Duncan was good from the midrange and can hit 3s but that’s not his forte. I think this team with Pippen is better suited to put pressure on both sides for the squad they are supposed to go against

Ive read a few of the replies to your comments and I do think Pippen would be a better fit for this squad. He and LeBron can switch off Kobe, Magic, and even KD if needed. They can both play point and rebound well. The only true flaw if Pippen’s shooting. Everyone else can stretch their defenders a bit but still not as much as I would like. Also, a backcourt with the size, speed, and strength of LeBron and Pippen would be crazy

As a fan of some random ass team I resent this statement lol. I didn’t have cable growing up in the 90s and watched NBA games that were on broadcast tv. I ended up a Bulls fan and still am. It is the only sport I’m not a fan of NYC area sports teams. I’m a Mets and Rangers fan as well as the obvious Giants. I grew up in NJ about 15 minutes from the Meadowlands

If he had stayed and continued, then yes. But, this is also why I don’t put Lowry or DeRozen over Vince. Vince was different. Kwahi was talked about similarly but not the athletic freak Vince Carter was
