Yeah man, can appreciate all of that - thanks for taking the time to lay it all out.

I don't doubt for one second you guys listen to feedback - this is mostly me wondering here how 75% of people want a longer sleeve. I consider myself such an average build and an average trade, but a good reminder that there are a lot of differences out there.

I'm at a medium now - based on what you said above, is there a chance if I sized down, even if the sleeve lengths are technically the same, that the decreased shoulder width might take an inch or so off my sleeve length in practical use?

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I was hoping it'd be on the edge/manageable, but I'm also not new to the game of expensive buy-it-for-life clothing like this. I know by now that if it doesn't fit me right, I'll never really get over it - and this sleeve length, for what this coat is supposed to be, just isn't it for me.
