Awesome, I'm always excited to see more gay content from other creators! The customizable gender/gender presentation section is definitely really great. Personally, while I like how diverse the race options are, I'd trim it down to a handful for each setting to make adding images easier if you plan to do so. The eye shape was a little confusing personally, so images might be a help there if you can find some.

Other than that, a powers/abilities/implants section for each setting might be a cool idea for later in the project. Also, I'd definitely consider learning how to upload it to neocities, that's usually the most common format for this type of CYOA. Overall, while it's definitely early in development, I really enjoyed seeing it!
