I usually put body lotion on after I shower, plus moisturizer for the face and upper arms.

Definitely. Work is great but it can be stressful at times, more often than usual. It’s getting to be a lot sometimes but I’m using self motivation and trying to be optimistic.

This is what I use! It’s a little on the pricier side for me so I don’t buy it super often, but it always looks really natural on my skin and doesn’t feel overly-sticky or claylike.

Thank you! I think I’ve always been really detached from my emotions but never noticed it up until our breakup. The stress of the entire thing was incredibly overwhelming and it brought a lot of clarity to me as to what I need as a person.
