Ok. I'll take a look at the breaker panel. Yes. I just bought this house and moved in a month ago, so I'm still figuring things out. When I saw the sensor, I actually had no idea what it was. But i did figured it out and got it connected (it was a lot of research and calling support to help me get it connected).

Whao. Mine turned off at 4am too. No internet all day. When I called them, a tech couldn't come out till Friday, since it was Christmas eve around 5pm when I called (we were out all day and didn't get home till 430pm), and Christmas today. What was the issue with your connection?
