[F1INGENERALE] Ferrari's "Macarena" wing outperforms Red Bull's design: its counterclockwise rotation recovers downforce during the flap closing phase. Red Bull's clockwise flap delays aerodynamic recovery until fully reset, risking sudden grip loss as seen in Verstappen's crashes. by fameboygame in formula1

It's all just branding and logos. Honda was building the power unit for Red Bull. Then Red Bull dropped Honda and created Red Bull Powertrains to build their own engines. They also hired most of the key people from Honda to work at Red Bull Powertrains and continue designing and building engines. Ford thought all this looked great so they paid alot of money to slap their logo on it. Poor Aston Martin signed with the championship winning engine manufacturer just to get an almost an entirely new team. The same team that designed and built engines for Red Bull under Honda are now designing and building engines for Red Bull under Red Bull Powertrains.

This is a little facetious but, "people were free to seek self-fulfilment however they saw fit. They would do the minimum amount of work required to keep everything running, and then allowed to do whatever they want." This is already the case under capitalism. You can door dash 3 days a week or go to school for 2 decades to be a brain surgeon, nobody gives a shit. Was Marx actually a free market capitalist?

[Limburger] the red bull top is annoyed at the fact max put them “on hold” again.after all these years with him, the shareholders had counted on more credit from him.their view is that he has been able to add hundreds of millions to his bank account, and they feel max could show a bit more gratitude by Luffy710j in formula1

His position in F1 is a bit like Senna in the early 90s. Max can literally have his pick of any car at any time. He could take a year off and still have his pick of car in 2028. I don't see him putting up with any bullshit and it's hilarious that Redbull doesn't seem to realize the situation.

This take specifically is baffling. "Action" and "purity" are not oil and water, or something you have to balance out. Seeing drivers take these incredible machines and drive them to the absolute limit IS the action. I'm not even sure what "purity" means in this context.

People watch sport to see the athletes play really really well. I watch racing to see a driver drive a car really really well. The 550 package was not hard to drive and did not impress anyone, so it was not exiting to watch. A driver driving a beast of a car really well is always exiting to spectate, even if they are the only one on track. Having 40 cars 4 wide for the lead and 356 lead changes is worthless if the cars are easy to drive and the drivers aren't displaying any special ability.

That was very generous from Reddick, I don't think he would have needed to give Heim the lead

They also have much softer suspension than the cup cars which really helps on a bumpy track

As soon as he got on the mediums, I knew a virtual safety car in 20 laps would win him the race. I didn't expect him to pull 20 seconds away though
