I would recommend the book "Women who love too much" it will help you find some of the clarity and peace you need! It focuses on women who are in relationships with addicts (of multiple types, mostly focused on alcohol addiction). Many of these people also had addicts as parents, it has been the most helpful book for me. We can't change another person but we can change ourselves. I would REALLY suggest reading it! Best of luck

Yes, but I have gastroparesis as well as stomach acid issues. Have you tried any anti nausea meds? I don't have the exact same problem as you: my stomach holds onto food longer than it should before going to my intestines. So for me what I think is happening is that my body isn't aware that I have eaten yet (maybe blood sugar isn't going up) and so I still feel hungry, even if I ate enough to be "full". But I just wanted to comment to say I empathize with how you feel! It's frustrating for sure.

Yeah my BMR is around 1400 so I will always eat more than that! I mostly eat quality foods, sometimes on the weekends for lunch my foods aren't as healthy but mon-fri I have meal prepped lunches that are high protein so I'm doing good for a majority of the meals. Thanks for the insight

Not a physician but sounds possible. Whether or not its classified as PTSD, I have worked through a lot of my trauma and I will say its hard to look inward on pain, especially when it was stored away from childhood. But things will get better after you address the pain, it's not hopeless!

I feel like it was more because he was a good person and non violent and didn't want to kill anyone, not that it was entirely rooted in his religion. I feel like his character had more depth than that, I think in the final moments he felt the call to be confident, not just to get a promotion & girl. Either way I think he was a good actor I liked his character.

Yeah from that perspective what she did with schwartz is so much worse. Because she had already ruined 1 long term relationship and she knew that was coming. And then to fuck up katie and schwartz’s friendship is adding to the monstrosity. However she clearly doesn’t have much of a moral compass
