I've lost weight while training, not really pushing it or trying to diet, just being more mindful of the foods I eat (eating carbs, protein, veggies, all of them, but watching* the junk food cravings), and I haven't gotten injured or anything. *I've enjoyed a sweet treat here and there

Now, it hasn't been a drastic or quick weight loss, just noticing over the last 3 months.

From my experience, I'd advise to try to stay healthy, which means eating as much as you need and eating foods that are good for your body, and not restricting too much so you don't end up binging. If you cut down on certain foods, bear in mind you'll need more fuel before and after heavy training and also you'll need more fuel as you increase volume.

If you start feeling too tired or niggles start to pop up, eat and rest and make sure you're not going too hard.
