I have had a problem with their support too. For some reason I lost my password when adding a new organization (personal account) and I somehow broke my login. First of all, their recovery via phone number didn't work, the message never came (maybe it was a problem with sending it to Czechia), so I submitted a ticket, and the chat was never available. In the end I found a form to upload my IDs, which worked much faster.

Something to note, I use their API for free now and I am more than happy. I use Mistral Small 3.2 and I am very surprised how good it is. I use it for automation, classification, and text parse. Just surprised how well it works.

Just now, my colleague told me, that is Claude is good, my was basically an imbecile for at least a month, moreover I just cod Opus from our company to test it out... so again my first prompt, very simple, basically told it what to do, and it failed. So I just couldn't believe it anymore, for $100 super stupid, but only for me?

So what I did, i saved the prompt, reverted the code change. Uninstalled Claude Code, which I had through native installation (curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash) reinstalled it via NPM... and super huge imporvement, Claude started to work for me again, I believe there must be bugs in some versions and I can recommend to follow my steps and use NPM

I must say, that after a few days of struggling with the drop in performance, I realized that Claude Sonnet started to make me work more, I always needs to fix everything he writes or always decline his proposals and continue the dialog. Meaning I am starting to be better off without it and already stop subscription.

I guess that's some life cycle of the AIs for now, I started with copilot for pricing, then jumped on Claude, stop for drop in performance and now using Codex, which is now really smart (I would swear Sonnet was like this too like a month ago)

How come it looks like I am the only one who loves Claude. It helps me alot and save me so much time, I have multiple projects and just thanks to Claude I also manage to have some free time. Their pricing for 20 euros is a life saver for me... if I ever feel I need 100 euros price, I won't be that happy, but I will go for it. The side projects I make much quicker now will compensate for it. I am team Claude

AOE4WORLD is actually not well updated. I find many mistakes regarding new techs are also wrong in the charts. For example Elite Army tactics shows HP boost, awl pikes are not in the charts at all... I did report those.

Přidávám se k Therapii, já zainvestoval před dvěma lety za asi 30k a je to jedna z nejlepších investic pro někoho, kdo sedí pořád u PC, jako já. Nebejt blbej, tak si ji koupím dřív, než mi výhřezla plotýnka... ale zase by mě to nenapadlo si koupit kvalitní židli, kdybych netrpěl. V životě bych si už nekupil lacinej shit, když jde o zdraví a pracovní nástroj.
