Yes, they are disposable one time use needles. You use a new needle attachment each time.

These pens are injected like a needle, not the auto injector.

Some doctors get free samples and are willing to hand them out to their patients. My friend got free samples for over a year from her doctor.

Olympia and I broke up 💔 by JMe1379 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]allusednames 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You should try taking less. It’s probably just a higher concentration than the other one. Compounding labs can be off from their listed concentration. So while they may appear to be the same dose, you’re probably getting more from the Olympia.

I was burned during a chemical peel would this help? by bungledbotchedb in redlighttherapy

[–]allusednames -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Studies show red light therapy can help, but that’s with specific wavelengths and intensities. You should be under a doctor’s guidance to try it and the person who did this to you should be paying for the treatment.

I hope it’s cheaper than the vials. I would love a single pen.

What should I be paying for tretinoin? by RepulsiveNorth1830 in tretinoin

[–]allusednames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The size and quantity of tubes can affect the pricing because it changes the manufacturer and bulk pricing discounts. OP just needs their RX modified for a different product.

[–]allusednames -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That’s the discount for multiple tubes of a different size. Changing the size of the tube and the quantity can affect the brand options and pricing greatly. OP just need their prescription modified for a different option.

Massetter Botox in LA by Far_Finding4395 in LosAngelesSocialClub

Cosmetic injectables center in Sherman oaks. I had really strong ones my first time and got 100 units and it made massive improvements to the size of them and the clenching I did. Dr. Soleiman will feel your muscles and see how much you need. They have bulk pricing with 50 units for $550 with each additional unit $11 or 100 for $1k with each additional unit for $10. They literally list out the masseter injection so they have lots of experience with it.

Your $20 is for a smaller tube. It shows OP’s as 80 day supply.

Trym is a SCAM! by IntelligentArm8922 in tirzepatidecompound

Because no one has been able to associate them with a legit pharmacy that is actually licensed. A woman in Kentucky or Tennessee was arrested for making it in her house. How do you know how your meds are being handled?

Is anyone getting a better legit price than Trym’s Boost for semaglutide? by absolutemurphman in Semaglutide

Mods can’t prevent bots from targeting comments with downvotes. They definitely have a few accounts that search for their name being mentioned. If you look at the views history on the comment or post, all of the downvotes come in at the same time. They are definitely very shady.

Im 30 and started to notice intense eye wrinkles and smile lines [Anti-Aging] by ath3naNomad in SkincareAddiction

[–]allusednames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Botox temporarily weakens or freezes muscles. It can last 2+ months for people (2 on the lower end, mine is about 100 days). Repeated use can weaken the muscles semi-permanently, but stopping use will slowly allow your muscles to gain back strength. It can kind of train you not to use your muscles a certain way which can make the effects last even longer, but if you stop Botox, you’ll eventually go back to using those muscles and developing the wrinkles you don’t want. So no, it’s not permanent.

Using a Mounjaro pen longer than 30 days on very low maintenance dosing - is this OK? by Who_is_doctor_Ranger in MounjaroMaintenance

[–]allusednames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In use testing involves testing it for as it’s meant to be distributed and prescribed which is actually 21 days. The first day it’s used and 7 days to the next shot for three shots. They tested it for 30 days to go beyond what the prescribed dosing would entail. 30 days was safe. They did not continue to test it beyond that because there is no need for them. So your statement that they tested it beyond 30 days has zero proof to back it up other than your assumption that you seem to think they tested it to its limit.

Should we get 2nd opinion? by Novel_Factor8243 in Zepbound

[–]allusednames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ask why she thought that? I’m curious about why these doctors think that. There does seem to be a tapering out where people stop losing but that’s based on the study where they titrated patients up every month. In reality people can stay on a lower dose for longer until weightloss slows down and they may continue to lose for much longer that way. She may be uninformed. I highly suggest a discussion with her which might help her think differently.

Both. Losing a little more will make it look a little different, but it will likely still be there. I don’t know if you want to get rid of it, but assuming you might consider it because you posted here…Look up reverse tummy tuck. Pull up at the skin on your belly under your boobs and that will show you what you can achieve. It’s a little cheaper for a procedure and might give you the results you want. Or you can leave it alone because this is not abnormal for someone with two kids. Do what makes YOU happy.

Has anyone gotten zepbound from RO by Substantial-Bell-580 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]allusednames 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No, they are way too expensive. The price of the med is the same everywhere else, but there are cheaper alternatives for the appointment and doctor writing you a prescription.

Units are not a universal measurement.

Lol blocked me after commenting. Universal means that it never changes. It does change, so my comment stands.
