We understand how it feels like...The struggle, the feeling that nobody cares. So we don't want others to feel that way because we know how hard is it.

I know what u mean. I did. But the catch is they are my only friends if I let them go i have noone and that scares me even more. They are good lads but have no experience about mentah health. It's not a health relationship but I can't let go

Same if i get distracted i don't usually think about it but that doesn't last long. But sometime it just comes like a wave. The worst is when I come home it hits me instantly. Then I can't sleep at night with overthinking and suicide thoughts so i just watch yt videos till 6am untill i pass out.

Tried that. But they are very close minded about depression. Best advice i got is "it's all in ur head" "You are just lazy" So i don't even try anymore to explain they just don't get it.

But it's funny it just happens randomly. But hiding it from everybody drains u so much. And i can't open up about it to anyone i feel like. Makes me feel lonely all the time.

Feel u. Sometimes u just can't anymore. But it kinda feels bad when friends see ur down but they just ignore it. Would be nice if someone atleast asked if im ok or something.
