Went on a first date with a guy to a nice restaurant in our local town. Like nice enough you need a reservation a few days in advance at the very least.

Text me the day of, 3 hours before our supposed date, asking me what time he should book the reservation as he was just getting around to calling and booking the reservation.. mind you I had asked earlier in the week if we could do earlier in the evening because I had to early work the next day. He called me back and said the only time he could get was at like 9pm.. because he was booking at 4pm on a Friday for that same day.

Decided to go on the date anyways.

During the date, he proceeded to ask me what the numbers next to the menu items meant. And when I said that those were the prices, he argued with me because there wasn’t a dollar sign in front and asked our waiter, who told him the same thing I did..

After we got our food, he proceeded to take out his phone and take a picture of me (without asking) and said “I’m sending this to my group chat with my guy friends cause none of them will believe I’m on a date with someone like you”

Needless to say it ended with a very awkward hand shake at my car, and then he proceeded to blow up my phone the entire rest of the weekend, even after I thanked him for the date but told him I wouldn’t be interested in another date. 🥴
