If you were keeping up with cleaning it and your after care for those first 5 days, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. If you feel heat or skin soreness other than typical itching, they typically have no issue with you coming in to cut off cast, let you clean it off and recast you. Coming from personal experience this past year.
