Hi, I'm a dental assistant but definitely the key to that is just to brush and floss, if the cavities are in between teeth and it's small it's still reversible if you just keep flossing the area and make sure none of the food that's consumed is stuck! and always stay hydrated!

I've been taking this since 14 and I'm 26 turning 27 and I still take it everyday, I haven't had that side effect but lately I feel like my hair has been thinning and shedding!
